Discount Tire

Had an appointment to have a tire plugged after I ran over a nail. It took about 1.5 hours before they started on my car since so many people showed up without appointments before me. When my car was brought back out, I thought everything was good to go. Within a week, I needed to fill my tire again. Checked myself, and turns out, my tire was never plugged and the nail was never removed. I could hear the air slowly seeping out the tire. They also broke one of the studs on the rim, so they gave me a voucher to go Christian Brothers to have it repaired. Absolutely ridiculous. Was a customer for years. Will never go back.

I purchased my tires online before arriving to try and save time but that didn’t work out. The website suggested a tire that was smaller than my current tires but I had no idea until the end of my visit there, the guy who checked me in, didn’t look at my current tires which were purchased there, he checked me in, pulled the car back and proceeded to let the guys put 4 tires on my car that made it look like my car had 4 donuts. Why would you as the tire expert not see that and suggest the correct tires? Anyway, they brought car out and that’s when I saw the tires, and on top of that, the guy also forgot to tell the staff that I wanted to keep my old tires. The so called manager asked if I wanted the bigger tires and of course I did which took them a whole hour to get it done. After all that, discount tires still hasn’t refunded me the disposal fee for not keeping the old tires. I will not return, customer service is at an all time low there. These guys need a refresher course in how to efficiently run a business.

Vickey and Zyear went above and beyond to provide a top-tier customer experience. Vickey assisted me with a warranty claim and made everything easy and seamless. Her knowledge and efficiency were deeply impressive. Additionally, Zyear kept me updated throughout the installation process. He set proper expectations regarding the timeline, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and came here to get it looked at, unfortunately there was a nail in the side wall that they found and it couldn't be patched safely. They recommend replacing two tires so the tread would match and get better handling. Bummer that I had to get two tires, but everyone was friendly (didn't get any names) and the shop was super clean. Bring a jacket in the Summer because it was freezing in there, that's my only complaint 🥶

I unfortunately had to visit this location twice in one week and had Jon assisting me both times. Great customer service, very prompt, attentive and personable. I’ve visited multiple Discount Tire locations over the years but Jon has had the best customer service so far. Great service at other locations too but Jon’s was outstanding and much appreciated this week.
